1999 : Creation of SAS CERIS Ingénierie in the Nantes region

2001 : Opening of the Rhone-Alpes Office in Lyon

2002 : Creation of ELIX, subsidiary specialised in hospital (technical organisation) programming

2003 : Creation of a second subsidiary, m2es Technologies, specialised in industrial automation

2004 : Establishment of CERIS Management Group
               Note : CERIS Ingénierie, ELIX and m2es Technologies become sister companies.
               CERIS Ingénierie's capital is increased to 500 000 €.

2005 : Launch of export activities
               Note : With assistance from CERIS AAS, the Algerian subsidiary of the CERIS Management group

2008 : Signature of a trade agreement with the Irish engineering group PM Group

2009 : Opening of the Paris Ile-de-France branch (Ivry-sur-Seine)
